I was born and raised in the Netherlands, however I moved to Canada in the mid 1970s. After many years of entrepreneurial ventures, both within & outside of the construction sector I gaining significant expertise in the building industry & management processes. I grew weary of shovelling snow in Edmonton, and decided to shovel some sand instead! When I first arrived in Santa Marianita, I was reminded of my hometown on the coast of the Netherlands. Hence I came upon this incre-dible property and began to envision a development worthy of this spectacular location. Pacific Breeze is the product of that vision.
